Kutluk Dokum Industry has been established 1980 in Bursa Covered area of 1500m2 and in open area of 3500 m2 based on the experienced staff of our company is continue to serve in a quality manner in 1st factory. 7 engineers, 52 employees are created a team in here Monthly capacity is 500 tons Covered area of 5000 m2 and in open area of 11000 m2 based 2nd factory has been started to the production at September. Kutluk Casting family is growing up with new investment of 2nd factory. New factory is in Bozöyük/Bilecik, which is distance to main factory of Bursa estimate 1 hour. Kutluk Dokum which has ISO 9001:2015 certificate, according to the quality standards, the casting process is started after the chemical analysis of each casting. Also hardness testes, microstructere control, ultrasonic control, liquid penetrant test our other competences. Kutluk Dokum, which exports half of its production, serves the automotive mold and lots of machine parts industry. CAPABILITIES GREY CAST IRON CASTINGS (GG SERIES) Grey cast iron capacity for single piece is maximum 8 tons in 1ST foundry Capacity, for single piece is maximum 20 TONS in 2nd Foundry NODULAR CAST IRON CASTINGS (GGG SERIES) Nodular cast iron capacity for single piece is maximum 4 tons in 1ST foundry Capacity, for single piece is maximum 12 TONS in 2nd Foundry STEEL AND STAINLESS STEEL CASTINGS Steel and stainless steel casting capacity for single piece is maximum 2 tons in 1ST foundry. All of steel alloys, special alloys, stainless steel are casted in Kutluk Döküm Capacity, for single piece is maximum 10 TONS in 2nd Foundry ALUMINIUM CASTING Aluminium alloys casting capacity for single piece is maximum 3,5 tons in 1st foundry. Aluminium casting will continue in just 1st foundry.
