We provide tailor made or standard all steel cast products (including pipes, rolls, liners) defined by DIN-EN 10293, duplex/superduplex, stainless steel, adamite, sferoidal and acicular iron and ductile iron. Castings can be supplied up to 25 tons single piece in as cast, finished machined or assembled form. Centrifugally casted pipes rollers, bi-metallic products and liners can be provided up to; Ø800 mm OD and 6.000 mm length in horizontal centrifugal casting 1x up to Ø700 mm OD, 700 mm length total weight 550 kg vertical centrifugal casting 1x up to Ø1.000 mm OD, 1.000 mm length total weight 8.000 kg vertical centrifugal casting 1x up to Ø1.800 mm OD, 2.000 mm length. We also supply open die forging parts. Forged parts can be supplied from 2500 kg, 4300 kg and 7200 kg ingots in special alloys according to customer specifications. Upon requirements, Argon Oxygen Decarburising Converter (AOD) is used to further eliminate undesired elements in the steel as well as to minimize the dissolved gases such as O, N and H for the parts under 5 tons single piece. AOD secures low carbon (<0,010) , low sulphur (<0,003) , and low hydrogen (<2 ppm) for speciality alloy castings used in high demanding applications such as offshore, energy, defence, heavy-lifting and mining. Third party inspector service from international auditing companies such as BV, GL, DNV... during or after production period is provided according to customer request.
