“MİTA KALIP VE DÖKÜM SANAYİİ A.Ş.”, manufacturing parts and components for leading automotive and key industry companies in Turkey and the world, was established in 1967 in Istanbul. The Company currently operates in its facility in Beylikdüzü-Istanbul, established on an indoor area of 21,000 sqm. Mita manufactures 12,000,000 parts per annum, using 5000 tons of raw material, in compliance with the ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 management system standards. Exporting 80% of its production, the Company is among the leaders in its sector. The Company ranked among the top 1000 exporters in 2016, providing added value to Turkey’s 2023 vision. Mita was honored the “Perfect Company” designation in 2016, within the scope of the 12K Strategic Management Model by the T.R. Ministry of Economy. The Company’s activities comprise of “Casting, CNC Processing, Surface Processing and Assembly Processes of Aluminum Injection Parts” in the range of “20-4000 g”, manufactured by the “High-Pressure Metal Injection Method” and “Production of the Molds Necessary to Manufacture Such Parts”. Running all these processes in-house, the Company is one of the leading integrated facilities in its sector. Knowledge and experience of half a century are transferred to the following generations through quality and management systems utilized by both the management and the employees, thereby meeting customer needs to the highest extent. The Company has adapted its entire machinery park to the Industry 4.0 system in 2013.
