Eurocasting Döküm Sanayi A.Ş. creates effective solutions for the cement, energy and mining industries since 1980’s. Manufacturing different kind of casting spare parts, low and high carbon, wear, heat, rust, impact, corrosion resistant and special high alloyed steels with exprerienced staff in our total of 3.000m2 and a covered of 2.500m2 area foundry with 180tons monthly casting capacity. Our products are generated and delivered based on customer’s drawings and specifications with additional operations such as machining, induction hardeding, padding welding and assembling. Eurocasting Döküm Sanayi A.Ş. is capable of manufacturing spare parts with unit weights between 10kgs to 5,000 kgs(single part). All of your spare parts’ patterns will be manufactured in our own pattern shop with CNC machine as aluminium or plywood. Also all of your spare parts will be machined with our Bohrwerk, CNC, Lathe and Milling machines with CAD/CAM programs in our own machining shop. Your each spare part is testing and reporting with our quality control(VI,RT,UT ,PT,MT) and dimensional control departments before delivery.
